King's Heralds Quartet
Thirty-four men have been a part of the King’s Heralds Quartet since its founding in 1927. They’ve recorded over 100 albums in thirty different languages in a variety of musical styles, making them a favorite with audiences of all ages. The rich blend, harmony and balance of their a cappella style has been enjoyed in the United States and in over 50 countries including the islands of the Caribbean, all of Latin America, the South Pacific, Australia, Asia and Africa. Their audiences have included heads of state, governors, ambassadors and other dignitaries.

The quartet sang at the First Invitational Symposium on the Christian Church in China, sponsored by the US/China Education Foundation. This gave them the distinction of being the first Christian gospel group from the West to tour the Peoples Republic of China since 1949. Another notable event was when The King’s Heralds, along with the Spanish Christian Radio Broadcast La Voz de la Esperanza, presented 19 concerts in the Republic of Cuba.

Closer to home, the King’s Herald Quartet shared their music with thousands, including the Christian Booksellers Association, the National Association of Religious Broadcasters, the Protestant Health and Welfare Association, the Greater Pittsburgh Charismatic Conference and the Baptist World Alliance. The King’s Heralds have been regular guests on “Praise the Lord” on the Trinity Broadcasting Network and on the “It Is Written Telecast”. They were also part of a Christmas special that aired on the ABC television network. In addition to maintaining an extensive touring schedule, the group also shares their musical talents with patients and their families through a hospital ministry and have witnessed to hardened inmates with a prison ministry.

The King’s Herald Quartet received twenty-three Silver Angel Awards© for “Excellence in Media”, including six for “Best Male Vocal Group”, fourteen for “Best Album” and a “Best International Broadcast” award for their own radio program, “Sounds of Praise”. The group also received a Gold Angel Award© for being the oldest continuous Gospel Quartet in America.
